Rhinoplasty

This patient suffered a nasal trauma creating a crooked nose with a dorsal step off. She also had a severely deviated septum (internal cartilage) and breathing concerns. She was not interested in an open incision and complex reconstruction, but rather wanted conservative improvement in her nasal appearance with improved breathing. Her septal deviation was corrected with internal incisions where an extra piece of cartilage was removed, sculpted and placed onto the dosum (top) of the nose to correct her step-off and deviation. Her frontal views show the improvement in the deviated appearance of her nose and the dorsal step-off. The lateral view shows the improvement in the dorsal relationship with the graft.
