Rhinoplasty

This young man presented with both breathing as well as cosmetic concerns regarding his nose. His frontal view demonstrates the crooked appearance to his nose and the lateral view demonstrates the dorsal convexity and increased columellar show (the middle portion of the nose). This patient underwent a functional and cosmetic rhinoplasty, but desired to maintain the ethnic appearance of his nose. The frontal view shows the improvement in the straightness of the nose while the lateral view demonstrates the improvement in the dorsal hump while still maintaining a strong ethnic dorsum and the decrease in the columellar show.
