This patient is a 20 year old female who was interested in cosmetic improvement for her nose. She was happy with her tip contours, but did not like her profile. She underwent an endonasal rhinoplasty to correct her nasal concerns. Her frontal post-op photo shows the improvement in the dorsal lines extending from the brow to the nasal tip. The lateral view demonstrates the improvement in the dorsal hump as well as the slight decrease in tip projection and a slight increase in rotation. The nose looks natural and has excellent contour.
