Rhinoplasty This patient is a 26 year old female who desired cosmetic improvement for her nose. She underwent a cosmetic rhinoplasty. Her frontal view shows a slight deviation of the nose to the right. The lateral view shows how the nose is large and under-rotated with a hump. The post-operative views demonstrate much nicer proportions on lateral view and a straightening of the nose on frontal view with tip refinement.
