Procedure Description:
Rhinoplasty
This patient presented desiring cosmetic improvement for her nose. She additionally had difficulty breathing through her nose and was found on exam to have a deviated septum and nasal valve collapse. Cosmetically her frontal view shows tip depression and slight widening, but the lateral view best demonstrates her down turned nasal tip with decreased projection (distance from the cheek to the nasal tip) and a dorsal hump. She underwent a cosmetic and functional septorhinoplasty.
Her after photos demonstrate the improvement in the elevation of the nasal tip with straightening of the dorsal contour and overall improvement.
