Question:
I am a 32-year-old male from Austin and I’m looking to have a facelift to cure some premature wrinkles. Am I too young to have this procedure? At what age is it most common for males to undergo a facelift?
Answer:
A facelift is not really intended to improve wrinkling. At 32 years-old, more than likely a patient would benefit from less invasive techniques to improve wrinkling. The most important thing is protection from the sun followed by quality skincare including Retin-A and sunscreen. Most likely a combination of Botox or Dysport and perhaps injectable filler or broadband light therapy (BBL-Photofacial) will improve wrinkling at your age.
