I am a woman with a high brow line. How can a forehead lift be performed on me so that my scars are not as visible?
High hair lines can be somewhat difficult especially if combined with thin hair. Two options exist. A trichophytic incision at the hairline can be created in such a way that the hair can grow through the incision and conceal it. This type of incision will actually make the forehead slightly shorter. The other option is an endoscopic lift. While this lift will move the hairline slightly posterior, the distance between the hairline and the brow does not change and therefore the size of the forehead is unchanged. A consultation with the physician will allow a complete comparison of these options.
