Question:
I am a 45-year-old female but look like I am in my 50’s. This is because the lines or folds that extend to both sides of my mouth actually pass my mouth and end up in my chin. Can injectable filler cure this problem? Is this a permanent solution?
Answer:
Injectable filler is probably the procedure of choice for these lines. This is not a permanent solution however. Usually it will need to be repeated every 9-12 months. There is perhaps a surgical option for these lines, but a consultation would be necessary to determine if surgery would be an appropriate option.
