I was watching the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills recently. It looks like all of the women have had Botox since none of them have lines on their foreheads. But one woman in particular, has a very weird looking forehead because it is entirely smooth except for the very top by her hairline. How do you avoid a similar look when injecting Botox?
This is purely injector dependent and that individual could have more Botox placed in that location with further improvement. The more common error with Botox in the forehead is to place the Botox in such a manner that it causes the lateral ends of the brow to elevate in a “Spock”-like appearance or that the forehead muscles are completely paralyzed which leads to a lack of expression or worse a depression of the entire brow complex.
