Question:
How is rhinoplasty different in men than women?
Answer:
In general, the procedure itself is the same. The difference is in the result trying to be achieved in the appearance of the nose. The female rhinoplasty result is a more petite size with a slight concavity of the dorsum. In a male rhinoplasty it is usually desirable to keep the dorsum stronger and the overall size of the nose slightly more prominent.
