I am a 74-year-old great grandfather from New Braunfels. My wife thinks I am ridiculous, but I don’t think it is ever too late to improve yourself. I would like a facelift, possibly a facelift and a neck lift. I have droopy jowls, a turkey neck, and the skin on my cheeks sag. I would like to know if treating all of these at one time is possible for someone my age.
The areas that you described can be treated with a lower facelift. The lower facelift involves an incision around the ears and a small incision under the chin to lift the jowl and neck. As long as the individual is healthy and has reasonable expectations, 74 is not an unreasonable age to perform the procedure.
