Question:
I know that chin augmentation combined with rhinoplasty can benefit the look of the nose. I don’t have a weak chin, I feel like my chin is actually too prominent. How would this effect how my nose looks and is it common to have chin reduction surgery performed at the same time as a rhinoplasty?
Answer:
A prominent chin will balance most rhinoplasty results and we usually recommend against chin reduction surgery as a prominent jaw will slow aging of the lower face.
