Question:
I’m from Cedar Park and I would like to get a poor nose job repaired. Is the procedure for this the same as if I were getting a nose job for the first time?
Answer:
A revision rhinoplasty is a similar to a primary rhinoplasty and how it is performed however more difficult due to the presence of scar tissue. Additionally, often in a poorly performed primary rhinoplasty cartilaginous structures have been over reduced and often cartilage replacement grafts are required. At times this can require harvesting cartilage from either an ear or rib.
