My nose is incredibly thin and makes me look like a skeleton. Would an injectable filler be able to enhance it, or would you recommend a rhinoplasty procedure?
An injectable filler can be used to widen the nose, but it will only help in your appearance and will be temporary. Often a narrow nose will respond better to a rhinoplasty to both improve the appearance of the nose as well as the airway. Also, the result of a rhinoplasty is essentially permanent.
