The tip of my nose is too round and ball-like. Can this be fixed with a nose job? Will the rest of my nose be left untouched?
A bulbous nasal tip is one of the primary reasons a patient will undergo a rhinoplasty. It can certainly be fixed with surgery. The rest of the nose can remained untouched however it is wise to undergo a consultation and understand the ramifications of leaving other abnormalities uncorrected. If the upper part of the nose is aesthetically pleasing it would certainly makes sense to not alter its appearance.
