Question:
What are my treatment options for crow’s feet if I think I have developed a strong resistance to Botox?
Answer:
Periocular (crow’s feet) wrinkles are always highly dependent upon muscle activity. A neuromodulator such as Botox is the primary treatment. If Botox is becoming shorter acting, Dysport or Xeomin may be substituted. Other treatments for periocular rhytids include skin resurfacing or injection of the fine lines with Belotero.
