Question:
What are my treatment options for my crow’s feet wrinkles if I think I have developed a strong resistance to Dysport?
Answer:
Periocular (crow’s feet) wrinkles are always highly dependent upon muscle activity. A neuromodulator such as Dysport is the primary treatment. If Dysport is becoming shorter acting Botox or Xeomin may be substituted. Other treatments for periocular rhytids include skin resurfacing or injection of the fine lines with Belotero.
