Question:
I am worried about my upcoming facelift making my face look too tight. What do you do during the surgical procedure to prevent this?
Answer:
Facelifts that appear too tight are usually the result of too much tension being placed on the skin. Effective facelifts which reposition sagging tissue and offer natural results are all based upon deeper muscular and facial layers being repositioned and the skin only being removed in minimal quantities with no tension placed on the closure.
