Question:
I’ve recently read about ethnic rhinoplasty for different races. What is the difference between this and a normal rhinoplasty procedure?
Answer:
An ethnic rhinoplasty merely refers to preserving the ethnic features of the patient while performing a rhinoplasty procedure. Certain ethnic noses tend to have similar traits and therefore similar techniques are utilized to improve the noses while not changing them to the extent that they no longer appear natural on the face.
