Question:
Which injectable filler would you recommend for crow’s feet? Do patients often get several areas of the face treated at the same time?
Answer:
Injectable fillers are not a good option for the crow’s feet wrinkles. The skin in that area is very thin and it is difficult to inject filler and obtain a natural smooth result. The crow’s feet area is better treated with Botox/Dysport to relax the muscle and if necessary a skin resurfacing procedure.
